Please note our salon policies are to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. We maintain a calm, client-focused environment, so no children or extra guests are allowed. A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your balance; please note that deposits are non-refundable but transferable for rescheduling.

We accept cash, Zelle, or card payments at checkout, and Zelle payments can be sent to Hello@TopBeautyLounge.com. For hair orders, please make sure to place them at least two weeks before your appointment date.

Our salon follows a no-rush policy, prioritizing quality over speed to provide exceptional, one-on-one service.

While we never double book, some appointments may naturally extend due to the flow of the salon. We recommend planning 3-5 hours of flexibility during your visit to fully enjoy the experience. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
